Majesty Manor, HOA


We are so pleased to be your HOA’s community management company! Thank you for paying your HOA Dues per the CCRs of Majesty Manor. We understand that this transition has not been easy. As with any new change, there will be an adjustment period. We are working diligently to help this transition be completed. The fact that many of the homeowners have not paid their dues, leaves the operating fund at a minimal level which makes it difficult to secure vendors to tend to the common areas and ponds.

We appreciate everyone who has contacted us with questions. It takes an entire community working together to see a positive change. Thank you for your patience during this transition.

The 2019 Association Dues are $200.00 and they are due July 1st, 2019.

Any account not paid by August 1st, 2019 will incur late fees and be sent to the association’s attorney for collections/lien processing.

In efforts to make your Homeowners Association and your community easy to contact we have set up an online portal for you to have access your account 24/7.


That’s it! We will do the rest!

You will be able to access your account any time of day or night. You will be able to pay your annual dues through your account by credit card for a one-time payment or set up auto-pay or by ACH bank draft. You will be able to see your account balance and also submit any concerns or questions about your home or community.

This will also be how we will communicate with you about community announcements, meetings, updates and invoicing. Remember you are able to contact us via email or phone call any time.

Do I have to create an account if I do not want to pay online?
Yes – this allows us to communicate with you also. Even if you do not want to pay online.

What do I do if we have trouble logging in or other technical issues?
Contact us directly and we will do our best to help you.

What if I do not have access to the internet or have an email?
We don’t find this to be too common in today’s world, but if this is the case please contact us so we can set up your account for you and set you to ‘mail only’.
