The Executive Assistant handles tasks set forth by the CEO. You will establish and maintain a professional, service-oriented relationship with the other assistants and employees, clients, homeowners, vendors, and service providers. This position involves daily contact with the corporate team, homeowners, board members and requires an individual that is well-spoken, customer service-oriented, and can multi-task at a quick pace.

ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND ORGANIZED
The Closing Support Coordinator is responsible for performing all tasks and responsibilities associated with providing support to the closings department and title companies in closing a real estate transaction located in one of our managed communities. You will deliver all related documents to the title companies with accuracy and completeness. Establish and maintains professional, proactive and prompt communication with parties to ensure proper receipt of items necessary to satisfy HOA commitment requirements.
Required: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to perform in a high volume environment. Good written and verbal communication skills. Planning and organizing abilities. Highly Self-motivated and demonstrate initiative. Attention to detail to identify issues that should be escalated to management. High level of professionalism and confidentiality of sensitive information.
