  • Thanks for pointing out that by hiring an outside community management service, you can be assured that they will treat every resident fairly and enforce them equally. My cousin owns a group of apartments and has been wondering if it would be a good idea to hire some kind of company to help keep up with them. I’ll be sure to tell him that he should definitely hire a community management company since he will have an outside source that will be able to make sure that all residents are dealt with evenly without any unfair advantages.
